After the Bloom

I love the beauty of poppy pods after a bloom.  To me they are a" bloom" in their own right.  They still have a beauty; it's that calm after the explosion of color they have already given.  It's that peaceful moment where it is quiet and lovely.  So, "After the Bloom" is my gift of a peaceful moment for your day amid the intensity of life.  If you look closely you can see a bit of pattern I have stamped in...for just that little serendipity. I have painted on a cradle leaving the sides as natural as the pods themselves.  She is ready to hang.
